Deeply Passionate about People, Healthcare and Health Insurance
Judy has a keen interest in seeing every individual enjoy the well-being that comes from health and the risk protection that comes from health insurance. Her passion is the design of innovative critical illness insurance products that bear two important qualities for the current economic times: accessibility for the middle class and best value for money for the insured.
With more than two decades of medical travel marketing experience in Asia, Judy spearheaded branding efforts to develop awareness of the Singapore public healthcare group brand in the global arena, as Director of Marketing for the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH) in Singapore.
After her service with MOHH, Judy moved on as Regional Business Development Director Asia with Mobility Saint Honoré (MSH) International, a fully owned subsidiary of the Rothschild family’s SIACI Group. MSH International is headquartered in Paris, France and is a world leader in the design and management of international healthcare solutions. Judy later relocated to Shanghai to grow the China market as CEO, MSH International (China). Judy led the re-organisation of key leadership teams, re-strategized the sales and distribution channels to expand MSH’s breadth of partnerships in China. Under her charge, MSH China won several awards including:
Judy was instrumental in building up the international branding for two premier hospitals in Thailand: the Bangkok Hospital Group and Bumrungrad International Hospital. She drove market development efforts for these two leading hospitals in the diverse markets of Bangladesh, Cambodia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, and Vietnam.

Cindy is a cross-cultural business executive and project director with more than 20 years’ international working experience in the fields of publishing, software development, beauty and skincare, and copyright protection. Her work experience covers Canada, Singapore, and Thailand and includes co-founding an IT startup that she helped to spin off from a prominent software research institute in Singapore. Her talent for transforming complex technological concepts into marketable, commercially valuable software was instrumental in helping the company stand out from competitors.
Apart from having filed three software patents, Cindy’s key achievements include awards from Canada, the UK, and the USA, one of which was the Top 10 Women Inventor/Innovator award by GWIIN (Global Women Inventors & Innovators Network, UK).
Over the years, Cindy has worked with various NGOs, building global business networks stretching from East Asia, to Indo-China, India, Sri Lanka and the Himalayas. She also developed community livelihood projects from scratch, for economic empowerment of the poor, and conducted seminars and workshops for business leaders. Cindy’s passion is advocating fair business practices to achieve winning perspectives for players across diverse economies and cultures.

Xintian is accomplished Actuarial Professional with ASA designation and 7+ years of experience in Mainland China’s life and health insurance sector.
Xintian is an expert in actuarial pricing for Critical Illness, Health, and Accident products, with strong skills in Excel pricing model development, product data modeling, experience analysis, and innovative insurance product design as well as adept at driving product innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering technical support to sales teams.
Xintian served as Assistant Vice President with Guy Carpenter Beijing Office for two years leading product development and pricing for Health & Accident products using advanced Excel models. Xintian created and managed product system data models to support innovative insurance solutions, including Long-Term Care and internet-based accident insurance. In addition to his business and product development responsibilities, Xintian delivered technical support and strategic consultation for major clients such as Great Wall Life and CPIC. These roles included the design of product clauses, reviewing of regulatory materials, and standardized product documentations.
Prior to serving Guy Carpenter Beijing, Xintian served as an Associate for RGA (Reinsurance Group of America) for 5 years having developed pricing models for Critical Illness, Health, and Accident insurance, servicing leading insurers like Ping An Life and China Life. Xintian conducted customer data analysis and led quarterly experience analysis, refining pricing strategies and models based on market demand. Xintian also provided ongoing technical training and support to sales teams, improving product promotion effectiveness.
Xintian served as Actuarial Analyst for Innolife Technology for a brief period prior to joining RGA, developing product comparison frameworks and a Q&A terminology database to enhance AI-driven customer service. Delivered market analysis reports and trained sales teams, supporting successful sales of high-value insurance products.

Loredie Villena is a seasoned operations and client service professional with over a decade of progressive experience across the education, technology, and customer support sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager since September 2022, she oversees cross-functional teams, streamlines organizational workflows, and drives performance excellence to support strategic business objectives.
Her career began in education, where she honed her communication and instructional skills as an ESL Teacher and classroom educator. Transitioning into the tech industry, she held key roles including Account Manager at Huawei Customer Support, where she managed client relationships and service delivery, and Office Manager at Smetsys Software Solutions, where she led administrative operations and team coordination.
Loredie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, majoring in Information Technology, from La Consolacion University Philippines. Her academic background, combined with her leadership as a team co-captain and her multilingual communication skills, enables her to bridge operational efficiency with people-centric management.
